S-A17B Automatic Irregular End Lining and Drying Machine is designed for food can non-round end. Curled end is separated by a pair of swing separating knives on the end magazine; then, end is smoothly fed forward via two end pushing bars. End is lifted by lower chuck and be lined by one set of electric lining guns to evenly spray compound along the end fringe. Guns turn along end fringe according to a cam contour. Lined ends are pushed into oven by end feeding bars and guided up and down by pocket chains inside the drying oven. Dried ends are ejected by a magnetic belt at the oven bottom. Heating air is created by a heater and recycled through air blower. Simple structure and multiple safety devices, easy for operation and maintenance.
